Privacy Policy

We collect account information so we can run the shop: customer account management, order processing, delivery, invoicing, business verification, customer service, account security and business communication.

Business customers may give us SSM details, TIN, SST numbers and person-in-charge contacts. Retail customers only need a simple profile and delivery address. IC, passport and tax numbers are treated as sensitive and stored encrypted.

We do not sell customer information to advertisers. We only share it when needed to serve you (for example delivery), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

You can review and update your profile after signing in. Marketing messages are optional and separate from this policy.
